Copper kettle with warming stand, 19th century “Samovar”
A decorative metal kettle from the late 19th century, made with an emphasis on functionality and craftsmanship. The body of the kettle has an elegantly rounded shape and stands on a richly decorated metal base, which serves to place a small burner or heating gel. Thanks to this, the kettle was used to slowly heat the drink and, above all, to maintain heat for a long time, typically when serving tea or hot water.
The wooden handle ensures comfortable handling even when heated, the metal parts have a natural patina and minor signs of use consistent with age - but nothing that impairs its strength or overall impression. The whole looks very stable and representative, as an object intended for more festive moments.
How would we use it? The kettle is ideal as a striking solitaire for the interior, it will stand out on the dining table, sideboard or in a tea corner. It will perfectly complement a historically inspired space, wine bar, café or stylish home.
