Can I pre-order a piece?
Unfortunately, this is not possible at the moment. We did not accept reservations or pre-orders even before the launch of the e-shop and we do not currently offer this service within the e-shop.
Every piece is available the moment it appears online. This system allows us to maintain transparency, fair conditions for all customers, while ensuring that we have clear information, availability and terms and conditions for each product.
We are considering the possibility of reservations or pre-orders in the future, but these services will only be available when we are able to set them up in a meaningful and sustainable way. Thank you for your understanding!

Can I see the treasures in person somewhere?
We currently do not have a brick-and-mortar store. However, to allow you to feel the magic of each piece, we try to photograph and describe the product as best as possible so that every customer has a perfect idea of what they are buying.
We plan to open a brick-and-mortar store in Valtice in the historic hall of the La Veneria Chateau later this year. If you don't want to miss any information regarding the opening, follow us on our social networks!
What if the goods are broken or damaged during transit?
We pack each piece with care to ensure it travels safely. We use multiple layers of protective materials and attach a clear warning to fragile packages.
If the package is damaged during transit, the procedure is simple:
1) If the shipment is visibly damaged upon delivery
It is best to open it in front of the carrier or at the delivery point and do not accept the shipment if the product is damaged. Please inform us about this fact by email at leveratelier@gmail.com, we will refund your money immediately.
2) If you receive the shipment and discover the damage at home
Send us a photo of the package and the goods immediately, preferably within 24 hours of receipt, and we will resolve the matter together. Contact us by email at leveratelier@gmail.com.

How much does shipping cost and what is the delivery time?
We offer several shipping options depending on the size, weight and nature of the ordered items. We also offer free personal pickup in Valtice , we would be happy to welcome you at any time 🤍
