Payment methods for goods

All payments for goods are made in advance, we do not ship goods on delivery. You can make the payment either by bank transfer (within 5 business days) or by credit card online immediately.

Delivery

We pack your chosen treasures carefully and with love so that they arrive to you in the same condition in which we sent them.

Czech Republic

All stocked pieces can be picked up in person free of charge at our location in Valtice at K Venerii 82. The pieces will be prepared within 1 business day of receiving payment.

We send smaller and medium-sized pieces by Mail Order either to a delivery point (to stores) or to an address. The shipping price for the product in this case ranges from 89 CZK to 175 CZK.

We handle the sending of larger packages (those that cannot be sent via Zásilkovna) by individually choosing a carrier. The choice of carrier (usually GLS, PPL, DPD,...) depends on the nature of the ordered items and the conditions of the carrier. This postage costs 169 CZK.

We arrange individual transport for packages that are not accepted by a traditional carrier. In this case, we wait for the carrier's ideal route, and this shipping fee starts at 229 CZK.

We ship the goods within 14 days of receiving the order, unless other information is specified for the product. If the shipping option chosen by the customer is not possible (the order exceeds the limits of the given shipping service due to its size or number of pieces), we reserve the right to choose another shipping method. In such a case, the shipping price for the customer remains the same - we do not charge any additional shipping fees or surcharges. The goal is to ensure that the order arrives safely and in good condition.

Slovak Republic

All stocked items can be picked up in person, free of charge, at our address in Valtice, K Venerii 82.

We send smaller and medium-sized pieces by Zásilkovna either to the point of delivery (store) or to the address. The shipping price for the product in this case ranges from 4.5 CZK up to 9.5 .

We handle the sending of larger packages (those that cannot be sent via Zásilkovna) by individually choosing the carrier. The choice of carrier (usually GLS, PPL, DPD,...) depends on the nature of the ordered items and the conditions of the carrier. This postage costs 8.90 .

We arrange individual transport for packages that are not accepted by a traditional carrier. In this case, we wait for the ideal carrier route, this shipping fee starts from 12.90 .

We ship the goods within 14 days of receiving the order, unless other information is specified for the product. If the shipping option chosen by the customer is not possible (the order exceeds the limits of the given shipping service due to its size or number of pieces), we reserve the right to choose another shipping method. In such a case, the shipping price for the customer remains the same - we do not charge any additional shipping fees or surcharges. The goal is to ensure that the order arrives safely and in good condition.

Abroad

Currently, it is possible to order a package via the e-shop with delivery only to the Czech Republic and Slovakia. If you are a customer from abroad and are interested in a treasure , please write to us at leveratelier@gmail.com or on Instagram @leveratelier , we will do our best to send you a piece!

What if the goods are broken or damaged during transit?

We pack each piece with care to ensure it travels safely. We use multiple layers of protective materials and attach a clear warning to fragile packages.

If the package is damaged during transit, the procedure is simple:

1) If the shipment is visibly damaged upon delivery
It is best to open it in front of the carrier or at the pick-up point and in case of a damaged product not accept the shipment. Please inform us about this fact by email at leveratelier@gmail.com, we will refund your money immediately.

2) If you receive the shipment and discover the damage at home
Please send us photos of the package and the goods immediately and we will resolve this together. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the package via email leveratelier@gmail.com.

We want our finds to reach you in the condition in which we discovered them — beautiful, preserved, and ready to bring joy.

Return

We are sorry if the piece you have chosen is not the right one for you. We want you to be truly satisfied with your purchase from us, which is why you have the option to return the item within 14 days of receiving it if it was purchased via the e-shop.
Simply contact us at leveratelier@gmail.com so that we can provide you with all the necessary information and agree on the next steps. Please attach the completed withdrawal form, which can be found below, to the email:

Withdrawal form

To ensure everything runs smoothly, please meet the following conditions:

  • The goods must be returned in their original condition , clean, undamaged, with no signs of use.

  • The package must contain everything it contained upon delivery – all accessories, add-ons, gifts, and documentation.

  • The goods must be accompanied by a completed withdrawal form , which can be found above.

  • If the shipment is incomplete or is fundamentally different from the original condition, we unfortunately cannot accept the return.

Delivery and costs for sending the goods back are handled by and paid by the customer, Please send the goods by registered mail, otherwise they will not be accepted.

Once we receive the package and have carefully checked everything, we will refund you the amount for the goods along with the lowest available shipping option that could have been selected when ordering.

The possibility of return does not apply to goods purchased at the customer's request in the form of personal shopping / custom purchase, where the item is searched for and purchased individually. In this case, it is a final sale without the possibility of return.
