Antique decorative plate Sarreguemines in green and black design

This old decorative plate comes from France from the Sarreguemines manufactory from the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries and impresses with a distinctive green and black motif with a historical scene in the middle. The richly decorated edge and fine details give it an elegant look that will stand out beautifully on the wall and among other decorations. On the back there is the original manufacturer's mark and a simple removable metal hanger, thanks to which the plate is ready to hang. The plate is really beautifully preserved and, except for one small chip on the edge of the plate, it is in perfect condition.

We found it at a country market among old dishes, where it caught our attention at first sight with its atmosphere and timeless appearance.

How would we use it? For example, as a wall decoration in the kitchen or dining room, or as part of a smaller gallery of plates that will give the space a unique character. It fits perfectly into a rustic, vintage or more modern interior, where it creates a subtle contrast and adds a bit of history.
